The Essential plan starts at $19 per user/month billed annually (or $25/user/month month to month) and includes the AI Agent, a shared inbox, ticketing, workflows, and reporting. The Growth plan is $79/user/month annually (or $99/user/month monthly) and adds 200 AI Agent resolutions, chat and ticket summaries, advanced reporting, and team collaboration tools. For larger organizations, the Enterprise plan offers custom pricing with dedicated onboarding, SLAs, and an Account Manager. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
HelpDesk by Text accepts all major credit cards. On monthly billing, your card is charged at the start of each new billing cycle. On an annual subscription, you're billed for all 12 months upfront, and annual billing saves you up to 24% per user compared with paying month to month.
HelpDesk by Text uses a per-user (per-seat) pricing model with AI resolutions included. You pay per agent on your team, and each plan comes with a set number of AI Agent resolutions per month: 10 on Essential, 200 on Growth, and a custom allowance on Enterprise. If you need more, extra AI resolutions come as a 50-pack for $49.50 (about $0.99 each) that refills automatically. You never pay per ticket or per visitor.
Your full subscription cost is always available in your subscription details inside HelpDesk by Text. Beyond your per-user plan price, the only usage-based cost is extra AI Agent resolutions if you go over your monthly allowance. These come as an auto-refilling 50-pack for $49.50. There are no hidden setup or platform fees.
