The Essential plan starts at $19 per user/month billed annually (or $25/user/month month to month) and includes the AI Agent, a shared inbox, ticketing, workflows, and reporting. The Growth plan is $79/user/month annually (or $99/user/month monthly) and adds 200 AI Agent resolutions, chat and ticket summaries, advanced reporting, and team collaboration tools. For larger organizations, the Enterprise plan offers custom pricing with dedicated onboarding, SLAs, and an Account Manager. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

What payment methods do you offer?

HelpDesk by Text accepts all major credit cards. On monthly billing, your card is charged at the start of each new billing cycle. On an annual subscription, you're billed for all 12 months upfront, and annual billing saves you up to 24% per user compared with paying month to month.

What pricing model does HelpDesk by Text use?

HelpDesk by Text uses a per-user (per-seat) pricing model with AI resolutions included. You pay per agent on your team, and each plan comes with a set number of AI Agent resolutions per month: 10 on Essential, 200 on Growth, and a custom allowance on Enterprise. If you need more, extra AI resolutions come as a 50-pack for $49.50 (about $0.99 each) that refills automatically. You never pay per ticket or per visitor.

Where can I see the full cost for HelpDesk by Text?

Your full subscription cost is always available in your subscription details inside HelpDesk by Text. Beyond your per-user plan price, the only usage-based cost is extra AI Agent resolutions if you go over your monthly allowance. These come as an auto-refilling 50-pack for $49.50. There are no hidden setup or platform fees.

What is your refund policy?

Are there any additional fees for integrations?

No. HelpDesk by Text doesn't charge any extra fees on top of what an integration or marketplace app provider quotes. You only pay that provider's price, if any.

Yes. You can try HelpDesk by Text free for 14 days, with no credit card and no commitment. During the trial you get full access to the AI Agent, shared inbox, ticketing system, workflows, and reporting, and you can add as many agents as you want. After the trial, plans start at $19/user/month (billed annually) or $25/user/month month to month. We recommend moving to a paid plan once you've tested it so you can keep delighting your customers without interruption.

Is there any discount available?

Yes. Switching to annual billing saves you up to 24% per user. On Essential that means $19/user/month instead of $25, and on Growth it's $79/user/month instead of $99. Enterprise pricing is custom and tailored to your needs.

Is the number of tickets limited?

No. Every HelpDesk by Text plan includes an unlimited number of tickets on your dashboard, so you can handle as many customer cases as you need. The only usage-based allowances are on AI Agent resolutions and workflow executions, which you can top up when needed.

How are invoices sent out?

Invoices are sent directly to your inbox, and all invoices are always available in the invoice details inside HelpDesk by Text.

How many agents can work on the same ticket?

There's no limit on collaboration. Any number of agents can work a single ticket together using internal notes, assignment, and chat transfer, so a case moves smoothly between people. Growth and Enterprise plans add team member takeover and chat supervision for tighter handoffs and oversight.

What should I do if I forgot my account password?
